MINNIE, PUT THE KETTLE ON. Old-Time, Breakdown. Source Curbow's version is a three-part, "crooked" (i.e. extra beats) tune. Similarities with Bob Holt's "Polly Put the Kettle On (6)," but a different tune than the perhaps more familiar "Polly Put the Kettle On" as played in the British Isles and elsewhere in North America.
