BLUE FLAME. Old-Time, Texas-Style; Reel (cut time). A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The tune is sourced to Jesse Ashlock, one of the influential fiddlers who played with Texas swing fiddler Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys in the 1930's and 1940's.
