CAMBO MARCH, THE. English, March. England, Northumberland. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABBCCDDEEFF. Composed by musician, teacher, composer, dancing master and fiddler Robert Whinham (1814-1893), originally from Morpeth. Dixon (1995) explains that Cambo is an estate village associated with nearby Wallington Hall, on of the 'Great Houses' of Northumberland.
