HUMORS OF KILKEE [2], THE. Irish, Jig (6/8 time). A Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The jig is contained in vol. 2 of the large mid-19th century music manuscript collection of County Cork cleric and uilleann piper biography:James Goodman. Goodman manuscript researchers Hugh and Lisa Shields find cognate tunes as an untitled jig in R.M. Levey's Second Collection of the Dance Music of Ireland (1873, No. 34, p. 14) and in the popular "Cliffs of Moher (The)" (O'Neill's Music of Ireland, 1903, No. 861).
