LORD CARMARTHEN'S MARCH. English, March (4/4 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The tune appears as "Lord Carmarthen's Trumpet Tune" in London publisher John Walsh's Warlike Musick (c. 1760). Carmarthen is a Welsh name.
