This untitled reel of unknown provenance was played by fiddler biography:Fidel Martin (1891-1976) of Berlin, New Hampshire, and recorded in the field in 1966 by folklorist Art Rosenbaum. Martin was originally from Rogersville, New Brunswick, but lived most of his life in Berlin. He is buried in Colebrook, New Hampshire. He had an eclectic repertory of Acadian, Quebecois, American and Irish tunes, but at the core seems to have been an Acadian player who kept up a constant podorhythmie (percussive foot-tapping) no matter what genre he played. This untitled reel should be compared with "Jenny's Welcome to Charlie" and the also this untitled reel:
