Back to A Mhuirnin


A MHUIRNIN (My Darling). Irish, Air. B Flat Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. This air seems to be exclusive to Bunting's 1840 edition.

Source for notated version: the Irish collector Edward Bunting noted the melody from Denis Hempson, the harper, at Magilligan, County Derry, in 1796.
