JOE CORMIER'S. AKA and see "MacDonald's March," "McDonald's March," "Reel de Jos Cormier." Canadian, Reel. Canada, Cape Breton. A Mixolydian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'CC'. The title references Cape Breton fiddler Joe Cormier, but the tune is "MacDonald's March." According to Pascal Gemme (of the group Genticorum) this tune is very popular at Montréal sessions.
