Back to Campbell's Polka


CAMPBELL'S POLKA. Scottish, Polka. G Major ('A' and 'C' parts), D Major ('B' part) & C Major ('D' part). Standard tuning (fiddle). AABBCD. Composed by James Hunter in 1964 in memory of Campbell Connon, an Aberdeen lawyer, member and former officer of the Aberdeen Strathspey and Reel Society.
