DALDOWNY'S REEL. Scottish, Reel. A Mixolydian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. A pipe tune from William Ross's Collection of Pipe Music of 1886. Ross, of the 42nd Highlanders, was a piper to Queen Victoria, to whom he dedicates his collection.
