EVENING RAINBOW WALTZ. AKA and see "Evening Star Waltz (1)." Old-Time, Waltz. USA, southwestern Va. The title seems unique to southwest Virginia fiddler Luther Davis. His contemporaries in the region called it the "Evening Star Waltz."
