Back to Four Knocks (The)


FOUR KNOCKS, THE. See "Dowser's Favourite." Jack Wade collected this tune from the "Late T(om) Matthews, Co. Meath." Matthews was a musician from Greenanstown, County Meath, who played the uilleann pipes, among other instruments, whom Wade knew in the latter's youth.
