FRANK McCOLLUM'S [2]. AKA and see "Daniel O'Connell the Home Ruler," "Home Ruler," "McCollum's Hornpipe," "Pat Galvin's Hornpipe," "Sean Ryan's Hornpipe (1)." Irish, Hornpipe. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Usually known as "Home Ruler." Sometimes also called "Hangman's Noose (1))," although this is the name of a different composition by McCollum, although he used to pair the two together in a medley (hence the 'drift' of the title). See note for "Hangman's Noose (2)."
