Back to Good Old Cause (The)
GOOD OLD CAUSE, THE. AKA and see "Hey Then Up Go We," "Clean Country Way (The)." The 'good old cause' of the title in this case comes from a ballad preaching loyalty to the crown in England's 17th century civil wars.
