Back to Jinny Put the Kettle On
JINNY PUT THE KETTLE ON. AKA - "Polly Put the Kettle On," "Molly Put the Kettle On (1)." The tune (and title, presumably) were learned by Hobart Smith from African-American fiddler Jim Spencer.
