MRS. BAIRD OF NEWBYTH’S JIGG. Scottish, Jig. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB’. Composed by Malcolm MacDonald, the melody appears in his first collection (c. 1788), dedicated to Mrs. Baird of Newbyth.
