BOSCO STOMP. Cajun, Two-Step (4/4 time). USA, southwestern Louisiana. A Major/Mixolydian. Standard tuning. AABB (Greenblatt): AA(Vocal)BBAABB(Vocal)BBAABBAA (Francois). Bosco is a small community north of Scott, Louisiana, named for one Bosco Prejean who set up a store there. A related song is Doug Kershaw's "Cajun Stripper." Lawrence Walker has recordedan influential version of the tune.
