COLD WINDS FROM BEN WYVISS. AKA- "Highlander's Jig," "Forest and Glen" "Graham's Brook." Scottish, Canadian; Jig. Canada, Cape Breton. A Mixolydian (D). Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Appears in Kerr's Third as "Highlander's Jig" and as a four part pipe march entitled "Cold Winds From Ben Wyviss" in Queen's Own Highlanders. Compare also with "Gladly Would I Go" and the Irish jig "Move up to Me."
