NOEL HILL'S. AKA and see "Boys on the Hilltop (The)," "Foxhunter's Reel (2) (The)," "Mary McMahon," "Micho Russell's Reel (4)," "Sister's Reel (The)." Irish, Reel. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Noel Hill [1] is an Anglo concertina player originally from West County Clare. His name was attached to the tune as it was recorded in a set called "Noel Hill's" by the group De Dannan in 1995 (paired with "Sleepy Maggie" and "Rolling in the Ryegrass"), although it is usually know by the "Mary McMahon" title.
