BELVIDERE HORNPIPE. AKA and see "Miss Johnston (1)." Old-Time, Texas. USA, Texas. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Collector R.P. Christeson picked up the tune from a Texas fiddler who had learned it from Ryan's/Cole's. The tune is a variant of the Scottish/Irish "Miss Johnson (1)."
