BUCKLE MY SHOE. AKA and see "Fox Hunter (The)," "Foxhunter's Jig (2) (The)," "Don't Be Lazy." English, Jig. England, Northumberland. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The jig was entered into the c. 1762 music manuscript collection of Joseph Barnes, Carlisle, as "Fox Hunter (The)."
