BRANDY BOTTLE [2]. AKA and see "Tail Toddle." English, Air or Country Dance Tune (cut or whole time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). ABC. "Brandy Bottle (2)" is a version of the Scottish air, reel and occasionally strathspey "Tail Toddle." The tune appears in two North West musicians' manuscript collections; Joseph Barnes, Carlisle, 1762, and John Rook, Waverton (near Wigton), Cumbria, 1840.
