KILLEAVY. AKA and see "Fare You Well Killeavy," "Irish Lilt (8)," "Rose Tree (The)." Irish, Air (4/4 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABBCCDDEEFFGGHH. The first two strains of "Killeavy" are cognate with the two strains of "Irish Lilt (8)", printed in London c. 1775 by Straight and Skillern. They are also cognate with "Rose Tree (The)."
