'MR. DAVIDSON'S STRATHSPEY. Scottish, Strathspey (cut time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The tune was first printed in Archibald Duff's Collection of Strathspey Reels &c. (1794), followed a few years later by an appearance in Glasgow musician and music publisher James Aird's 5th collection.
