LITTLE FANNY'S LOVE [1]. English, Dance Tune (2/4 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB.

Source for notated version: Willima Litten [Huntington]. Litten was a ship's fiddler with the British East India fleet on their voyage to the Orient during 1800-1802. From entries in Litten's manuscript, he apparently made it to China and at least much of the return voyage. His music manuscript collection came into the possession of Jared Coffin of Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, in the early 19th century, who brought it home with him to the island when his own voyages ended.

Printed sources: Huntington (William Litten's), 1977; p. 21.
