BRENDAN BEGLEY'S JIG. AKA and see "The Bog of Allen [1]," "Butcher's March [2]." Irish, Jig. Ireland, Sliabh Luachra region of the Cork-Kerry border. G Major. Standard tuning. AABB'. Begley is an accordion player from the Dingle Peninsula in County Kerry, who performs and records solo and with groups such as the Boys of the Lough. Source O'Leary liked to pair this jig with "Winter Apples [2]."
