IRISH WEDDING [1], THE. Scottish (?), Jig. C Major (Gow): A Major (O'Flannagan). Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Perhaps the tune began as a song air, however, John Pringle described it as a "favourite dance" in his 1801 collection.
