NEW FOUND OUT [2], THE. AKA and see "Billy McCormick's." Irish, Jig. A Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The jig is cognate with "Billy McCormick's," printed by Francis O'Neill in his Dance Music of Ireland (1907, No. 341), and by Brendan Breathnach in Ceol Rince na hÉireann, vol. 3 (No. 7, p. 5, as "Port Liam Mhic Cormaic"). See also the cognate "Galloping Jig (The)", also from Kennedy's collection.
