NINE PINT COGGIE [2], THE. Scottish, Reel. E Minor/Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB (Surenne): AAB (most versions). "Very old" (Skye). The tune was recorded by Cape Breton fiddler Bill Lamey on a 78 RPM disc. See also the cognate Irish reel "Nine Points of Knavery (The)."
