HEAVE AND GO. Shetland, Listening Tune (2/4 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB (Anderson & Georgeson, Bain): AABB (Boys/Lough). A traditional Shetland tune, which Robin Morton (1976) believes has a "very Scandinavian feel," as do several Shetland tunes due to the cultural mix of the islands.
