Researcher Jean Duval identifies Allard's "Reel du voyageur" as a version of Scottish fiddler-composer Daniel Dow's "Miss Forbes." Allard recorded the tune again in 1937 as "Reel de Napoleon", and once more in 1941 released as "Reelouverture du bal."
