LADY JEMIMA CORNWALLIS. Scottish, Reel. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. Composed by Biography:William Marshall (1748-1833). Lady Jemima was one of the five daughters of Lady Louisa Gordon and her husband Charles Cornwallis, Bury Street, Edmonds, Suffolk. She later became Countess St. Germans (Cowie, The Life and Times of William Marshall, 1999). Marshall was Stewart of the Household for Lady Jamima's grandparents, the Duke and Duchess of Gordon at Gordon Castle.
