AKA and see "Bonnie Lass of Livingston (The)," "Cockleshells," "Gabhairin Bui (An)," "Hielan Laddie (1)," "High Caul Cap/High Caul'd Cap (The)," "Kiss Me Lady," “Yellow Goat (The).” Irish, Air or March (2/4 time). E Flat Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. This hexatonic melody is a variant of the folk-song "Ta dha gabhairin bui agam."

Source for notated version: the notes to the collector Edward Bunting's 1840 collection indicate the tune was noted from "Macdonnell the piper in 1797."
