WILL YOUR MULE CARRY DOUBLE. Old Time. The tune was recorded for the Library of Congress by musicologist/folklorist Vance Randolph, from the playing of Ozarks Mountains fiddlers in the early 1940's. The title may be a line from the song/tune "Uncle Joe" or "Did You ever See the Devil Uncle Joe."
