I am a Classically trained violin player who crossed over to fiddle playing in 1976 at the age of 24 and play Irish, Scottish, English, Welsh and Old Time tunes. I have played in two ceilidh bands in Sheffield and Swansea have collected over a thousand tunes to play from memory or with a hint to get m started.
