THREE HALFPENCE A DAY [2]. Irish, Jig (6/8 time). D Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The melody modulates to G major briefly in the ‘B’ part. The tune is contained as well in the large mid-19th century music manuscript collection of Canon James Goodman (County Cork).
