ABEL BROWNING BREAKDOWN IN 'A'. Old‑Time, Breakdown. USA, Pa. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. Samuel Bayard transcribed this tune from the playing of Walter Neal in 1952. Neal at the time was a middle-aged man who had lived all his life near Mayport, Armstrong County, western Pennsylvania.
