INDIAN POLKA. English, Scottische (4/4 time). E Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The "Indian Polka" title is from the tune in the repertoire of Scan Tester (1887-1972). A major key version with a very similar melodic countour appears as an untitled tune in the c. 1823 music manuscript collection of Richard Hughes, a musician from Whitchurch, Shropshire.
