JOHNNY LEARY'S (SLIDE) [2]. AKA and see "Leprechaun," "Old Torn Petticoat (2)," "Worn Torn Petticoat (The)." Irish, Slide (12/8 time). A Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Named for west Kerry accordion player Johnny O'Leary (Gneevgullia, Kerry). However, the tune is "Worn Torn Petticoat (The)" that appears as No. 82 in Moylan's Johnny O'Leary of Sliabh Luachra (1994).
