JOLLY BANGER [1], THE (An Buailteoir Meidhreach). AKA and see "Largo's Fairy Dance," "Fairy Reel (1) (The)," "Daunse ny Farishyn." Irish, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. A version of "The Fairy Reel" that Breathnach thought was "far better than the basic form."

Source for notated version: piper Willie Clancy (Miltown Malbay, County Clare, Ireland), who had the tune from his father, who had it from legendary piper Garret Barry [Breathnach].
