LUCKY DICK. English, Country Dance Tune or Jig (6/8 time). A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. In addition to JOhn Walsh's 'Caledonian Country Dances, vol. II (c. 1737) and Davis's 1748 collection, the melody was printed by London publisher John Johnson in A Choice Collection of 200 Favourite Country Dances, vol. 5 (1750).
