MIND WHAT YOU DO. AKA and see "Up and Waur Them A' Willie (1)." Shetland, Reel. Shetland, Island of Whalsay and Mainland Shetland. Cooke (Fiddle Tradition of the Sheltand Isles, 1986) prints the following text attached to this dance tune:

Mind what you do, mind what you do,
Never let the old men come to bed with you
They kiss you and cuddle you and say they'll be true,
