MISS EUPHEMIA LOWE'S JIG. Scottish, Jig. C Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB’. Composed by William Marshall (1748-1833). Moyra Cowie (The Life and Times of William Marshall, 1999) suggests Euphemia may have been a daughter of Joseph Lowe, who published collections of Scottish music.
