MISS ISAAC FORSYTH--ELGIN. Scottish, Jig. F Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Composed by Biography:William Marshall (1748-1833). The tune was perhaps composed for a child of Isaac Forsyth (1768-1859), a bookseller in Elgin, whose only surviving daughter was Miss Catherine Forsyth.
