MOLLY MALONEY. AKA and see "Kinnegad Slashers (The)," "Land of Sweet Erin." Irish, Jig or Country Dance tune. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Boston publisher Elias Howe printed the tune almost note-for-note the same as Yorkshire fiddler Lawrence Leadley's version, albeit under the title "Land of Sweet Erin," however, the tune is best-known as the Irish jig "Kinnegad Slashers (The)."
