PARISH GIRL [1], THE. AKA and see "Blarney Pilgrim." Irish, Double Jig. D Mixolydian. Standard tuning (fiddle). ABC. Collector George Petrie noted the tune was “set about 1800 by Daniel McHourigan.” The jig is well-known nowadays as "Blarney Pilgrim."
