PATTERSON’S GENERAL STORE. Canadian, Reel. Canada, Cape Breton. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Composed by the late Cape Breton fiddler Jerry Holland (1955-2009), named for an Inverness County general store in Scotsdale, near where the Margaree River flows out of Lake Ainslie. It is run by Norman Patterson and wife Anita.
