PORT SHEÁIN UÍ BHEIM (John Byrne’s Jig). AKA and see "Father Fielding's Favorite," "John Byrne's." Irish, Jig. Ireland, County Donegal. Named for fiddler James Byrne’s father, John. Caoimhin Mac Aoidh identifies it as a jig known to the older generation of Donegal fiddlers, who consider it a Glencolmcille tune.
