MR. DUNCAN FORBES DUFF OF MUIRTOWN'S REEL. Scottish, Reel (cut time). B Flat Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. Duncan Forbes Duff was one of the eleven children of Major H.R. Duff and his wife Sarah Louisa Forbes. He was born at Muirtown, January 9, 1804, and died at Salisbury Place, London, unmarried, on July 9, 1828, and is buried in St. John's Chapel, Regent's Park.
