REEL DES BRETELLES. AKA and see "Reel de Longueuil." French-Canadian, Reel (cut time). A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. A version of the “Mason's Apron/Wake Up Susan (1)” tune family recorded by biography:Isidore Soucy (1899-1962) in 1952. The first strains of Soucy's "Reel des jumelles" and "Reel des nains" are cognate.
